ETP
The key here is to reduce to extract CR+6 from the wastewater, first it must be reduced to trivalent chrome
(CR+3), after the reduction process the chrome is precipitated, coagulated, flocculated then removed from the waste stream by clarification.
Chrome reduction – Precipitation – Flash Mixer – Flocculation – Inclined plate clarification – Sludge handling clarification – Sludge Dewatering.
Post ETP wastewater recovery for Re-use
Clients can now recover up to 93% of their wastewater generated from the ETP & Re-use it as process
water for their plating process. This results in a huge savings in operational costs & capital cost related to
